Top 5 Maps and Navigation Apps on Android in Belarus, Q2 2021

During the second quarter of 2021, the top five Maps and Navigation apps on the Android platform demonstrated varied performance metrics in Belarus. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, highlights notable trends in weekly downloads and active users for each application.

Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery experienced a solid performance in Q2 2021. Weekly downloads started at around 11K at the end of March, fluctuated slightly, and peaked at approximately 13.7K in the week of June 21. Weekly active users saw a steady increase from 573K at the start of the quarter to a peak of 730K in the same week, before slightly dropping to 697K by the end of June.

Yandex Maps and Navigator showed consistent download numbers, beginning at 5.7K in late March and rising to about 6.6K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users started at 294K and displayed a gradual increase, reaching 321K by the end of May, and maintaining around 320K through the end of the quarter.

Bolt: Request a Ride saw an upward trend in downloads, starting from 2.5K in late March and peaking at 3.7K in the week of June 21. The active user base grew from 24.1K at the beginning of the quarter to a peak of 30.9K by mid-June, before settling at 28.8K at the quarter's end.

Fasten BY: Taxi and Rides had a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning at 959 in late March and peaking at approximately 4.8K in the week of June 21. Active users showed an upward trend, starting at 35K and peaking at 44.3K in the same week.

Yandex Pro (Taximeter) also demonstrated growth in downloads, starting at 953 in late March and rising to around 3.7K by the end of June. The number of active users increased from 17.8K at the beginning of the quarter to 24.9K by the end of June.
